I believe that health and wellness are at the heart of everything in our lives. If we feel good, we are able to accomplish and thrive. When we think of health, what may commonly come to mind are things such as what we eat, how much water we are drinking, our fitness routine, or how much sleep we get. Although these are all very important, there are also many other factors that affect our health. For example, the relationships we have, our career, our social life, and our environment are all things that are also continually affecting our wellness.
My approach is to look at all of the things impacting your health, not only the foods you eat. From there, we find where to make small changes and adjustments that will add up to a large transformation in your wellbeing. Rather than focusing on a strict diet or elimination, we will work together to find areas where we can intentionally add in healthy habits, which will be the building blocks to your journey towards wellness. We don't have to deprive ourselves in order to lead healthy lives, and our work together will show you how to do this.
