Chocolate Chip Baked Oats (vegan, gluten free, naturally sweetened)

A warm and cozy snack or dessert

Add a little sweetness to your day with these healthy and easy-to-make baked oats!

Prep time: 5 min

Bake time: 20-22 minutes

Servings: 2


1/2 cup oats (gluten-free if desired)

1/2 banana

1/3 cup plant milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract (I'm using some from

Vegan chocolate chips (about 1/4 cup or as many as your heart desires!)


  1. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit

  2. To a blender, add in your oats, banana, plant milk, maple syrup, baking powder, and vanilla extract

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Fold in chocolate chips

  5. Pour into two oven-safe ramekins, and carefully place in oven

  6. Bake for 20-22 minutes (until golden brown on top)

  7. Allow to cool slightly, and enjoy!
