Chocolate Chip Baked Oats (vegan, gluten free, naturally sweetened)

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats (gluten-free if desired)
1/2 banana
1/3 cup plant milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (I'm using some from https://origine.com/)
Vegan chocolate chips (about 1/4 cup or as many as your heart desires!)
Step-by-step:
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit
To a blender, add in your oats, banana, plant milk, maple syrup, baking powder, and vanilla extract
Blend until smooth
Fold in chocolate chips
Pour into two oven-safe ramekins, and carefully place in oven
Bake for 20-22 minutes (until golden brown on top)
Allow to cool slightly, and enjoy!
