Chocolate Chip Cookie Oatmeal (vegan, gluten free, 4 ingredients)

All the benefits of oatmeal with the flavors of a warm chocolate chip cookie


1/2 cup oats (gluten-free if desired)

1 cup non-dairy milk (I use homemade oat milk for this! See the link below for how to easily make your own at home)

1 tbsp coconut sugar

Handful of vegan chocolate chips

Homemade oat milk:

Step by step:

  1. To a small saucepan on medium heat, add in your oats, non-dairy milk, and coconut sugar

  2. Stir all the ingredients together and allow to cook for approximately 4-5 minutes, or until the oats reach a boil and are cooked through

  3. Top with chocolate chips, and enjoy!

Tip: For overnight oats, place all ingredients into an airtight container, mix or shake until the ingredients are well combined, allow to sit in the fridge for at least 6 hours, and enjoy!
