Easy & Healthy Homemade Granola

Level up your breakfast and snacks with this healthy & easy-to-make granola!


Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 cups oats (gluten free if desired)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
1/4 cup cinnamon
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
Step-by-step:
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit
In a large bowl, mix combine your dry ingredients
On the stovetop on low (or in the microwave) melt together your coconut oil & maple syrup
Slowly pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, and stir together (making sure all the oats get coated)
Pour the mixture onto a large non-stick pan, and spread out the granola
Place in oven for 20-25 minutes (until golden brown)
Allow to cool
Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container, and enjoy for up to 2 weeks!
