A simple, healthy & healing green juice
Juices are a great way to add some extra greens and veggies into your diet, and when made with the right ingredients, they also taste really good! I used to think I could only make juices with a fancy juicer, so I was really happy to find that you can actually make them with a blender too! Not only does this simplify things, but it also makes creating juices more accessible and easy-to-make at home.
This juice is one of my favorites as it only requires 4 ingredients and a blender (or you can absolutely use a juicer if you prefer/already have one) and, it is filled with healing and nourishing ingredients- one of which is ginger! Ginger not only adds a great taste to the juice, but it is also known to provide many health benefits, such as fighting inflammation & infection, easing period cramps, reducing nausea, and more!

Tip: Save the pulp to add to a smoothie (keep in fridge for up to two days) & grate ginger with a spoon instead of a knife to limit waste!
4 celery sticks (chopped)
2 green apples (sliced)
1 cucumber (chopped)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
Step by Step:
Prep all ingredients (chop & grate) and add to a blender
Blend on medium-high until a smoothie-like texture forms (this can take some time, I recommend blending for at least 5-10 minutes)
Strain into desired container and press down on pulp (if using a small strainer, remove pulp and repeat process until juice is made)
Serve and enjoy!
