How to Make Overnight Oats (3 easy healthy recipes)

Start your summer days with these refreshing and nourishing overnight oats



Recipes:



Recipe 1- Banana, peanut butter, chocolate


Ingredients:


1/2 cup oats (gluten free if desired)

1/2 cup non dairy milk

1/2 banana (sliced)

1 tbsp peanut butter (look for no added oils or sugars)

1 tbsp pumpkin

Mini chocolate chips

Drizzle of maple, date, or agave syrup


Step by step:

  1. In a mason jar (or other sealable container) add in your oats and non dairy milk

  2. Place in fridge overnight

  3. In the morning, add in your banana, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and drizzle of sweetener

  4. Stir together, and enjoy!


Recipe 2- Strawberry chia crunch


Ingredients:


1/2 cup oats (gluten free if desired)

1/2 cup non dairy milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

4-5 small strawberries (sliced)

1 tbsp cacao nibs

Drizzle of maple, date, or agave syrup


Step by step:

  1. In a mason jar (or other sealable container) add in your oats, non dairy milk, and chia seeds

  2. Place in fridge overnight

  3. In the morning, add in strawberries, cacao nibs, and drizzle of sweetener

  4. Stir together, and enjoy!


Recipe 3- Pear cinnamon


Ingredients:


1/2 cup oats (gluten free if desired)

1/2 cup non dairy milk

1 small pear (chopped up into small pieces)

1 tsp cinnamon

Drizzle of maple, date, or agave syrup


Optional: Chocolate drizzle

1 tbsp mini chocolate chips melted together with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil


Step by step:

  1. In a mason jar (or other sealable container) add in your oats and non dairy milk

  2. Place in fridge overnight

  3. In the morning, add in your pear, cinnamon, sweetener of choice, and optional chocolate drizzle
