How to Make Overnight Oats (3 easy healthy recipes)

Recipes:

Recipe 1- Banana, peanut butter, chocolate
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats (gluten free if desired)
1/2 cup non dairy milk
1/2 banana (sliced)
1 tbsp peanut butter (look for no added oils or sugars)
1 tbsp pumpkin
Mini chocolate chips
Drizzle of maple, date, or agave syrup
Step by step:
In a mason jar (or other sealable container) add in your oats and non dairy milk
Place in fridge overnight
In the morning, add in your banana, peanut butter, chocolate chips, and drizzle of sweetener
Stir together, and enjoy!

Recipe 2- Strawberry chia crunch
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats (gluten free if desired)
