Peaches & Cream Oatmeal (vegan, gluten free, naturally sweetened)

A healthy summer recipe for flavorful, sweet, and nourishing oats

Peaches and cream is a combination I never thought I'd love so much-especially in oats!

Overnight oats (which can also be made faster than overnight) make a great breakfast or snack, not only because they are filling and nourishing, but also because they are so versatile! You can explore so many different combinations of tastes, flavors, and textures, and almost never get bored of making them! I also love overnight oats because you can make them the night before, pop them in the fridge, and they're ready to go the next morning- which is especially nice for those busy days where we don't always have time to prep a healthy breakfast!

This peaches & cream oatmeal is a refreshing and fun summer recipe that is made from wholesome ingredients, making it a perfect go-to if you're looking for a nourishing breakfast!

Note: This recipe is for cold oats, but there is an easy modification provided if you're looking to make these oats warm


1/2 cup oats (gluten-free)

1/2 cup non-dairy milk (or water)

1/4 cup non-dairy yogurt (unsweetened)

1/2 small peach (sliced)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Drizzle of maple syrup

Optional toppings:

1/2 tbsp flaxseeds

1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Step by step:

  1. To a bowl, add your oats and non-dairy milk, and stir to combine

  2. Add in your non-dairy yogurt, peaches, cinnamon, and maple syrup

  3. Stir together and place in fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes (or overnight), and then serve and enjoy!

Tip: For warm oats oats, add all ingredients to a saucepan on medium heat. Allow to cook for 4-5 minutes, carefully transfer to a heat-safe bowl, and enjoy!
