Tofu Scramble (vegan, gluten free, oil free)

A wholesome and delicious breakfast

Add some color and nourishment to your morning with this easy-to-make tofu scramble 💛


1 block extra firm tofu

1/2 cup peppers (diced)

1/2 one small onion (diced)

1/2 tsp turmeric

Salt & pepper to taste


1/2 cup other veggie (carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, or whatever you love!)

Note: If using two different veggies, I recommend doing 1/4 cup of each

Step by step:

  1. Prepare your veggies (wash and chop pepper and any other optional veggies; dice onion)

  2. To a large skillet on medium heat, sauté the onion and veggies for about 4-5 minutes (use water to deglaze the pan as needed)

  3. Next, crumble in your tofu (I recommend doing this with clean hands, or you can break it up with a heat safe spatula/other utensil)

  4. Add in your turmeric, salt, and pepper

  5. Allow to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes (until the tofu is heated up)

  6. Serve, and enjoy!
